Privacy policy

We collect what you type into a form and nothing else. This page says exactly what that is, who sees it, and how to have it removed.

Who we are

Umrah.lk is operated by Clever Hub (Private) Limited, a company registered in Sri Lanka (registration number PV00308620), Colombo. When this policy says "we", it means Clever Hub (Private) Limited. You can reach us at info@cleverhub.lk.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

  • Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the tier and month you are interested in, how many people are travelling, and your message.
  • Hamza helper: your email address and your question.
  • With each submission we also store the page you sent it from, the time, and your browser's user-agent string, which helps us spot spam.

What we do not collect

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies at this time. We do not sell or rent your details. Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated in your browser; if you allow location access for the Qibla compass, your position is used on your device only and is never sent to us.

Why we use it

To reply to you and to prepare a quotation with the travel operator you asked about. If you ask for a quotation, we pass your name, contact details and travel requirements to the operator so they can prepare it. We do not share your details with anyone else.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), which encrypts data in transit and at rest. Only Clever Hub staff can read them. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to help you and for our records.

Your choices

Email info@cleverhub.lk to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We will act within a reasonable time and confirm when it is done. You can also contact us on WhatsApp instead of using any form; WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that conversation.

Links to other sites

We link to official bodies such as the Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs, ACJU and Nusuk. Their sites have their own privacy practices.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be explained here in plain words.
