Exact hotel names, the airline and departure dates are confirmed by your operator in a written quotation before you pay anything. Prices are per person on a sharing basis and move with airfares and the exchange rate.
Four steps
How booking works
Nothing happens out of order, and nothing is paid before it is written down.
You tell us roughly when
A month, how many people, and the tier you have in mind. WhatsApp or the enquiry form, whichever suits you.
The operator writes a quotation
It names the hotels, the airline and the departure date, with the full price per person and what is not covered.
You pay the operator
Directly, and only once that quotation is in your hands. We never take money for travel.

The guide walks the group through Ihram, the rites and what to pack, before anyone gets on a plane.
Before you enquire
The money questions
Tell us roughly when you want to travel, how many people, and which tier interests you. We come back with a written quotation from the operator that names the hotels, the airline and the departure date. You pay the operator directly, only after you have that quotation in writing.
Umrah prices in Sri Lanka move with airfares, hotel rates and the rupee. The figure on each tier is the price at which that tier normally starts on a sharing basis. Your written quotation is the price you pay, and nothing is added to it afterwards.
No. You pay nothing to us. You pay the package price to the operator, directly, and the figure in your written quotation is the figure you pay.
Ask us when you enquire. Operators usually take a deposit at booking and the balance a few weeks before departure. Any instalment plan is agreed with the operator in writing.
Cancellation terms are set by the operator and are in your written quotation. Airfare and visa fees are usually non-refundable once issued. Read the terms before you pay the deposit, and ask us if anything is unclear.
